Dominic Charles is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).  He runs his own accountancy business, Vör Accounting Ltd, supporting small and medium sized enterprises with their tax, accounting, business advice and development needs.  After qualifying with Price Waterhouse, he spent his career in various business and financial leadership roles at JPMorgan, Barclays Global Investors and BlackRock.  He is a governor at Queen Anne’s School sitting on the finance and buildings committee and is also a director of the School’s trading entity and trustee of the School’s charitable trust.
