Sana Zain
Sana is a Programme Development Specialist with over 18 years of experience in designing and managing a range of development and humanitarian projects across the globe. She has spent her career working in the non-profit sector and has held senior positions ranging from Director of Programmes at the American Refugee Committee in Pakistan, to leading a fast paced and experienced Proposal Writing Team at Save the Children in London, and currently as an independent Bid Writing Consultant. Sana advises on consortium building processes and manages consortium partner relations, inputs and deliverables in programme design and bid development. Sana holds an MSc in Development Administration and Planning from University College London and has a solid understanding of how policy, programme and community-level interventions can be engaged to address key development challenges. At DOT, Sana provides the HQ and Africa Regional Teams with bid writing support, and advises on the development of winning bids to expand DOT’s transformative strategy.
